You'll be expected to have a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, and be responsible for incorporating data analytics, market research, and member insights to inform our product strategy, design, and execution.

This role is based in New York City, and you will be required to work from our office at minimum, Monday through Thursday.

  • You are comfortable leading API integrations with external vendors across identity verification, payments, clearing or custody
  • Uncanny attention to detail from drafting product specs to reviewing customer metrics
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently
  • Understanding of and experience with agile methodologies, rituals, and communication with the engineering org
  • Passionate about user experience and solving problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work cross-functionally with teams of engineers, compliance, risk, operations, go-to-market and more

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools: SQL, Mixpanel, Segment, Looker, etc.
  • Comfortable writing detailed product specs and documentation (e.g. Confluence, Jira, etc.)
  • Familiarity with product tools: Jira, Asana, Pivotal Tracker, Monday, etc.
  • Experience working with a global team
