Role
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer who thrives on solving the impossible. This role is for someone eager to push the boundaries of decentralized finance by building pSymm, a new protocol that extends Symmio’s architecture to meet TradFi requirements, including privacy, post-trade settlement, and Oracle security. This is pivotal for Symmio's integration of FIX protocols, ETFs, stocks, private onchain fund management, micro-derivatives, interest rate derivatives (IRDs), and, eventually, cross-border settlement of real-world assets (RWAs).
Responsibilities
As an early member of the pSymm team, you’ll bootstrap pSymm the protocol and its dApps from scratch. You’ll work on first-of-their-kind applications, already backed by partners ready for distribution. This is an opportunity to build and scale groundbreaking infrastructure in decentralized finance—if successful, you'll grow alongside it.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in derivatives market infrastructure
- Strong background in Crypto or DeFi
- 3+ years of experience with TypeScript
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kafka, FIX protocols, or AI Agents
- Startup experience and a passion for building from the ground up
