We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our innovative crypto launchpad / accelerator. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic partnerships, expanding our client base, and promoting our launch services to the cryptocurrency community.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients, including cryptocurrency projects, investors, and industry partners.

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from outreach, pitching, negotiations, contracting, and post-sales client management

  • Identify and engage with potential partners, such as cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, venture capitals, market makers, and other launchpads, to establish collaborative relationships.

  • Lead the negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with our launchpad's goals and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including blockchain developers, crypto influencers, and key opinion leaders.

  • Able to represent our launchpad at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our services and build brand awareness.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to attract new projects and partners.

  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients/partners and internal teams for troubleshooting issues and other operational matters

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, including progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.

  • Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs within the crypto space (strong network within the crypto industry is a must!)

  • Proven track record of securing partnerships and driving business growth.

  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including blockchain technology, token economics, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Fluency in English (native level), additional languages are a bonus
