Consensys is the leading blockchain and web3 software company founded by Joe Lubin, CEO of Consensys and Co-Founder of Ethereum. Since 2014, Consensys has been at the forefront of innovation, pioneering technological developments within the web3 ecosystem.
Through our product suite, including the MetaMask platform, Infura, Linea, Diligence, and our NFT toolkit Phosphor, we have become the trusted collaborator for users, creators, and developers on their path to build and belong in the world they want to see.
Whether building a dapp, an NFT collection, a portfolio, or a better future, the instinct to build is universal. Consensys inspires and champions the builder instinct in everyone by making web3 universally easy to use and develop on.
Our mission is to unlock the collaborative power of communities by making the decentralized web universally easy to access, use, and build on.Â
Youâll get to work on the tools, infrastructure, and apps that scale these platforms to onboard one billion participants and 5 million developers. Youâll be constantly exposed to new concepts, ideas, and frameworks from your peers, and as you work on different projects â challenging you to stay at the top of your game. Youâll join a network of builders that reaches the edge of our ecosystem. Consensys alumni have moved on to become tech entrepreneurs, CEOs, and team leads at tech companies.Â
About People & Talent
People and Talent support the entire Consensys community. We strive to be the destination employer of choice for our ecosystem. That goal is embedded in all the work we do to attract, retain and support our amazing talent. By joining our team youâll be working with a diverse group of incredible individuals who put âpeople firstâ and are designing and building the workplace of the future.
This role sits at the intersection of our People Operations, Data & Systems aka âPODSâ team which operates as a cohesive, global team within People & Talent. We aim to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle by streamlining processes, strengthening programs and policies, and building scalable, intuitive systems that empower teams to do their best work.
We design, optimize, and administer our HR systems and integrations, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and accessibility across platforms. By transforming people data into meaningful analytics and workforce intelligence, we enable stronger decision-making, organizational transparency, and continuous improvement.
We delight our customers â employees, managers, and partners â by delivering a dynamic and engaging people experience that evolves with creativity, curiosity, and accountability. Through intentional process design, thoughtful automation, and a commitment to service excellence, PODS strengthens our operations and builds scalable, sustainable people programs that support our teams and the business.
What youâll do
In this Senior HR Systems and People Operations role, you will play a key role in administering and enhancing our core HR systemsâparticularly ADP Workforce Nowâwhile also helping to design and deliver global people operations programs. Youâll manage daily system administration, security, data integrity, and reporting, as well as lead enhancements, configurations, and integrations that improve how our HR tech stack works together. On the People Operations side, you will collaborate with a global team to build scalable programs for onboarding, offboarding, immigration, leave management, and policy governance. Youâll lean heavily on your technical skills, especially in Excel, to drive automation, build dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights. A key part of your work will be identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities across HR, improving efficiency, accuracy, and the overall employee experience.
