About the role

This will be a highly visible role that will help to bring Palm NFT Studio’s products to market and operate the business unit in a highly efficient manner. This role is both strategic and operational. Your responsibilities will include: design and implement processes to help the business grow, support larger efforts to scale Palm NFT Studio, and design strategic programs and execute on those programs. You will work directly with the Palm NFT Studio leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Help connect dots between technical delivery and content creators’ work
• Help manage NFT drops and token launch by tracking milestones and key deliverables
• Implement processes to reduce friction, enabling all team members to spend their time on what they do best
• Take on, strategize and implement special projects as they come up
• Manage metrics and reporting for business

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree, 3-7+ years experience in an operational role at a technology company or consulting firm
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects at once
• Strong reputation working with interdisciplinary teams as being innovative, accountable, reliable and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
• Biased towards action—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and just get things done

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a start-up culture
• Experience with Airtable, Google GSuite, or other web-based collaboration tools
• Experience scripting in Javascript or Python
• A willingness to help out where needed - regardless of the scope of your role
• An understanding of the Blockchain ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more
• An understanding of entertainment, media or arts industry with an interest and curiosity to learn more
