About the role

The Senior Creative (Copy) will play an integral role in shaping the concept and execution of NFT projects for major brands, artists and franchise IP. You’d be an integral part of a tight-knit creative team for an eco-friendly crypto studio and side chain. If you are a strong conceptual thinker, excellent written and verbal communicator, and have a passion for NFTs and blockchain, we’d love to meet you. The Creative (Copy) will be a part of the Creative Team, and report to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

• From concept to execution you’ll ideate, craft, present and execute concepts across a variety of touchpoints and partners.
• You’ll combine creative writing with critical thinking, working iteratively to solve problems and refine your work.
• Working across several projects at once, you’ll use NFT and blockchain mechanics to push what’s possible on both a creative and technical level.
• You’ll handle large-scale requests along with single lines of copy. You’re as comfortable cracking a big platform idea as you are picking up smaller UX copy edits.
• You’ll craft brand voice and tone guides, ensuring consistent language across multiple touchpoints.
• You’ll be highly cross-functional, interfacing directly with Product, Tech, and Community teams to craft the right messaging for their needs.

Required skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a creative, including experience in a growth-stage company or startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An ability to produce concepts from scratch and enhance ideas provided by others.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work for A-list partners, across multiple formats.
• An ability to adapt quickly and collaborate across a variety of teams, including Product & Tech, Content and Community.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workstreams, and stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Experience concepting and writing for projects blending both Creative and Technology workstreams (e.g. Gaming, Entertainment, Creative Agencies, etc.)
• A knowledge of, and passion for, NFTs and blockchain.
• Having worked in a startup as well as in a big corporate environment
• Having worked in a remote environment
