Web3 Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help Palm NFT Studio turbocharge growth. The Technical Recruiter will be tasked with leading the charge in growing Palm NFT Studio’s Technology organization, and turning it into an industry-leading engineering powerhouse. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting a variety of technical roles, and be energized by identifying and matching talent to the right roles, building talent pipelines, and connecting with people!

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting strategies with key stakeholders (Leadership and Hiring Managers) to ensure we continue to hire the best talent available
• Develop and execute sourcing strategy to build a diverse pipeline of talent specifically for the Technology organization
• Serve as the first -point-of-contact for candidates interested in opportunities at Palm NFT Studio
• Review applications from candidates and handle first round screenings, filtering candidates and passing the best fits onto hiring managers
• Manage communications with 3rd party recruiters and agencies
• Implement talent processes and tools to create a smooth talent experience for both internal stakeholder and candidates

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition for technology companies working on technical roles (e.g. software developers, devops engineers, solutions architects, solutions engineers, technical product managers, technical project managers, etc.)
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing top talent in a high-growth environment within the technology industry
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed while needing minimal supervision
• Organized, able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as well as adapt to business priorities that change quickly
• Passion for what you do – you enjoy meeting new people and connecting them to the right career opportunities
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion – you believe in creating equal opportunity for candidates of all backgrounds
• Inspiring - you are able to get candidates excited about new opportunities in just a short introductory call
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to work in an evolving, nimble technology environment
• Experience working at a remote-first company or in a remote position
• Experience with industry leading applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Comfortable managing candidate pipelines in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable (implementation of ATS expected Q1 2022)

• Experience with or passion for blockchain, crypto, and/or NFTs
• Experience at a fast paced, early-stage startup
• Experience working with a global team
