About This Role

The product designer is responsible for designing and developing user-friendly and visually appealing products for the decentralized web. Our ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web3 technologies, such as blockchain and cryptocurrency, and be able to create designs that align with the principles of decentralization. That said, we're open to exceptional candidates with substantial experience in the traiditional web looking to move into the Web3 space. Prior product or UX experiences are also strongly preferrable.

As a product designer, you will work closely with a team of developers to conceptualize and build innovative products. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and optimize for user experience.

We expect you to have excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You should be able to clearly articulate their design ideas to the development team and work closely with them to bring their vision to life.

Key responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing products for the decentralized web
• Understand and incorporate web3 technologies, such as blockchain and cryptocurrency, into product designs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts
• Conduct user testing to ensure that the final product is intuitive and easy to use
• Collaborate with the development team to bring design concepts to life

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of web3 technologies, such as blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Experience designing user-friendly and visually appealing products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch and InVision
• Knowledge of user testing and user research methods
