About The Role

Relay Payments is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst with high integrity to drive accounting processes for our RelayDirect product. In this capacity, the analyst will be responsible for owning banking, reconciliation, and carrier onboarding protocols related to RelayDirect. This will include, but is not limited to:

• Check writing
• Carrier onboarding calls
• Daily reconciliation (tracking sheet, bank, QBO, portal)
• Stop check requests
• Check image requests
• ACH clawback/return requests

About You

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• At least two years of related experience is preferred
