Web3 Automation and Process Design Leader

As our Automation and Process Design Leader, you will build processes that will consume information and make it available inside of Salesforce CRM. You will own the roadmap, design, procedure, strategy and execution.

Your Impact

• Design and continuously improve processes within Salesforce and the sales pipeline
• Automate out potential areas for human error where applicable
• Eliminate technical debt within sales processes
• Ensure that our sales processes are scalable as we go through hyper growth

Requirements

• Program Management experience (Six Sigma training)
• Understand Salesforce and how it connects with other systems, best practices etc.
• Experience owning and driving a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and across teams
• Excellent presentation abilities and composure presenting to all levels of technical and business audiences
• Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, and high intensity
• A self-starter mentality, able to work independently and proactively to resolve issues
• Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and understanding of the ecosystem

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
