Responsibilities:

β€’ Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend infrastructure β€’ Ship new features and enhancements β€’ Optimize existing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance

You might be a good fit if you have:

β€’ 4+ years of experience with Go and backend systems β€’ Strong knowledge of data structures and software design principles β€’ Proven experience in building scalable and high-performance indexing systems, preferably for social media platforms or similar large-scale applications β€’ Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues, and microservice architectures β€’ Experience with networking, filesystems, and databases β€’ Experience working on large-scale systems β€’ Understanding of indexing and querying techniques β€’ Can work well independently, as well as on a team β€’ Like working on small, fast-moving teams β€’ Like learning and building new things

β€’ Experience working on social media platforms or similar high-traffic applications β€’ Have a copy of "Designing Data-Intensive Applications" and want to chat with the author
