Compensation: $100k - $350k

Unlike most pre-revenue crypto startups, we are a fully operational, highly profitable blockchain ecosystem disrupting decentralized finance and institutional infrastructure.
We are expanding our capital introduction team and seeking proven, heavy-hitting 1099 Independent Financial Brokers and Sales Executives. In this role, you will leverage your existing network to connect our verified, revenue-generating project with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and crypto-focused funds.
- De-Risked for Investors: We are already profitable. You are pitching an active, revenue-generating ecosystem, not a speculative whitepaper.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Lucrative, performance-based success fees under a flexible 1099 contractor structure, paid out in fiat or top-tier digital assets.
- Elite Founder Support: Access to institutional-grade pitch decks, audited financials, legal frameworks, and direct lines to the executive team.
- Proven Track Record: Absolute minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable experience in capital raising, private placements, investment banking, or high-ticket Web3 sales.
- Active Rolodex: An established, active network of accredited investors, VCs, syndicates, or family offices.
- Blockchain Fluent: Deep understanding of the crypto market structure, tokenomics, or real-world asset (RWA) tokenization to confidently handle institutional due diligence.
