Reach is hiring a Business Development and Partnerships Manager - DeFi/Crypto
Compensation: $90k - $140k

Reach Labs, a division of Reach, was started with the goal of building direct-to-consumer products and companies using Reach. One of these spin-off products is ‘Humble’, or DeFi Application Suite. Humble is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) funding projects in the DeFi ecosystem. Our first product is HumbleSwap, a decentralized exchange (DEX) built-in Reach (a faster, safer, simpler way to build decentralized apps).
The Business Development and Partnerships Manager will report directly to the Director of DeFi and work closely with the Brand/Growth team to build strong relationships with customers in the DeFi ecosystem. We are looking for a partnerships leader who can help to implement and refine our strategy, drive integrations, and establish commercial and promotional partnerships.
*Main Responsibilities: *
- Create a comprehensive DeFi integration and partnerships program at Humble, to establish Humble as the preferred Defi Suite
- Work with the product team to develop and operationalize programs for ads, campaigns, and other promotional partnerships
- Find opportunities for national/international expansion and partnerships, as well as strategic partnerships
- Work with product, marketing, content and communication teams to organize developer events, forums, write and drive community engagement
- Channel partner feedback back to the product team
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships and/or business development
- You are passionate about crypto and know what’s happening in the space
- You have a solid crypto network (protocols, liquidity providers etc.).
- You have experience developing programs to build, nurture and grow relationships with business and technical leaders
- You have an excellent product and commercial instincts that will help inform our roadmap of products and programs
- You are driven and results-oriented, but humble and self-aware
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Prior experience working on a Crypto exchange or DEX
- Prior experience working in partnerships/business development for a rapidly scaling company
- Desire to engage with the community to share ideas and gather feedback
- Last but not least, you are excited to learn, eat, breathe and sleep crypto
