SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?
We are looking for a Chief of Staff with strong attention to detail that is an effective communicator internally and externally reporting to our CEO. This role will be responsible for helping turn strategy into execution by managing the executive cadence, communications, client engagement, and customer meeting preparation and follow-up for our CEO. Additional responsibilities will include special projects for the CEO, including working with our Operations and Brand Partnerships organizations within Candy. An ideal candidate has a strong background in management consulting or investment banking and a strong understanding and interest in blockchain, web3, and digital assets. Intelligence, organization, flexibility, strategic thinking, influence, self-motivation, and a get-it-done attitude are essential in this role.

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...
- Organize and facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership meeting agendas and content (e.g., directs team, extended leaders, quarterly off-sites)
- Own overall CEO communications strategy and execution, including All Hands call regular communications from the leadership team, kick-offs, ad hoc comms, etc.
- Organize and execute regular reviews to deep dive on special topics
- Support / manage the execution of regular and ad hoc senior executive presentations and reporting (e.g., APM reviews)
- Manage all prep for CEO customer meetings, including pre-meeting documents, briefings, points of view, etc.
- Lead special projects for CEO will depend on business need, interest, and aptitude
- Coordinate with CEO executive assistant on the calendar, scheduling, logistics, etc.
WHO ARE YOU?
- 7-10+ years in a combination of management consulting, investment banking, chief of staff roles, strategy & operations, and/or other relevant fields
- Stellar problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions with little guidance, and craft high quality, analytically sound detail-oriented outputs
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Strong executive-level presentation skills, especially related to building compelling and easy to interpret presentations that drive well-informed decision making
- Must be results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; ability to remain flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands and respond with a sense of urgency
- Highly organized, ability to coordinate activities of senior leaders to drive alignment and attainment of goals
- Extensive experience presenting to and collaborating with senior executives
- Ability to execute at both the strategic and tactical level, able to roll up his/her sleeves to get things done
