Web3 Chief of Staff

RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.

Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. However, they are very careful about who they work with, especially in the cutting-edge world of blockchain. RECUR is founded by the perfect blend of leaders in the brand licensing space and technology leaders from top cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset trading desks, financial institutions, and blockchain software companies. Investors include Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, Winklevoss Twins, Courtside VC, Hashed, and many more.

RECUR is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company where you will have the opportunity to work with our Co-CEO to drive organizational alignment and execution. You will think holistically and strategically about key business processes, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and organizational communications.

What you will do at RECUR

• Partner with the Co-CEO and other key stakeholders to drive rapid, scalable solutions
• Connect the dots across company projects, people, and teams to improve decision-making and make the business work better
• Act as an owner who is empowered to solve problems and make unique contributions across the business
• Perform research and prepare presentation materials, speeches, and briefing notes for CEO on meetings with internal audiences, external clients, and domestic and international partners
• Become an industry expert and provide ongoing market intelligence and insights on RECURs competitive position in the space

What you will bring to RECUR

• Experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and/or Finance/Investment Banking/Venture Capital.
• Works effectively and collaboratively in a small, close team environment
• High level of attention to detail
• Proactive, organized planner with the ability to multitask and prioritize numerous work streams
• Integrity and experience handling sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; especially ability to work from “blank sheet of paper”
• Analytical thinker with a thoughtful approach to problem solving and data interpretation – very strong canva, powerpoint, and excel skills
