Role description

The Oasis Protocol Foundation is looking for a Community Moderator fluent in Chinese and Englishto own and drive the development of our official Oasis community channels.

Responsibilities:

• Drive positive experience through expert moderation and engagement on the China Community Telegram, Twitter, Discord, forums and other channels
• Foster peer-to-peer engagement, while providing quality responses and community support
• Translate and propagate all content from the English community to the Chinese community (tweets,blogs, community announcements)
• Provide technical expertise in a way that is comprehensive yet easy to understand
• Drive brand adoption and excitement among community members
• Communicate and support Oasis Ambassadors and influencers
• Perform social media listening & sentiment analysis

Requirements:

• Fluent Chinese speaker
• Proficient English speaker
• 2+ years of experience in moderating communities in the blockchain, crypto or DeFi space
• Technical knowledge (plus)
• Able to deliver based on short deadlines and multitask
