Web3 Cosmos Smart Contract Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop token minting/burning using smart contracts implemented with Cosmwasm
• Aid in bridge development for bridging assets between cosmos and other blockchain networks
• Research on projects that are widely used in the Cosmos ecosystem, such as Osmosis
• Implement best security practices in development

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in Software Engineering
• Expertise in Rust
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
• Familiarity with virtual machines used for blockchains, such as Berkeley Packet Filter or Ethereum Virtual Machine

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the Web3 frontend stack, preferably Web3.js
• Working knowledge on blockchain core primitives which covers distributed systems, fault tolerance, security, cryptography, networking
• Expertise in software verification
• Contributions to widely adopted open-source projects
• Experience with building bridges between two heterogenous blockchains
• Experience with CosmosSDK / Cosmwasm / WASMd
• Experience of writing smart contracts
