We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial markets to everyone and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing team.Role sFox is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a robust technical background in client money rules, accounting, budgeting, tax, transfer pricing, and financial reporting & analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of the financial services sector, ideally within money transmission licensed institutions or money service businesses. This role demands a strategic thinker who can deliver solutions, engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas concisely. Responsibilities

Financial Compliance & Client Money Rules: Ensure strict adherence to client money regulations, implementing and overseeing compliant practices and procedures to safeguard client assets. Accounting & Budget Management: Manage all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Conduct financial reporting analysis to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Taxation & Transfer Pricing: Oversee tax planning, compliance, and transfer pricing activities to optimize tax efficiency while meeting international tax standards. Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational objectives and market changes, supporting revenue generation and cost optimization. Engagement with C-Suite: Collaborate with senior leadership, providing financial insights and solutions to support decision-making. Present complex data and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred. 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related areas within the financial services sector. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and systems migration is an advantage. Prior experience in Fintech Industry preferably crypto currencies. Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably within MTLs or MSBs. Strong technical knowledge of client money regulations, accounting principles, budgeting, tax, transfer pricing, and financial reporting analysis. Effective solutions provider, adept at troubleshooting financial issues and offering strategic advice. Clear, concise communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives. Analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  sFox is a remote first company.
