Our unique model enables us to deploy our resources to build over the long term.What Is the Role:We are looking for a Portfolio Analytics Director to build the quantitative foundation that underpins our capital allocation decisions. This is a hybrid research-and-engineering role which combines portfolio modeling, data infrastructure, and systematic analytics to directly shape how we invest. Through the design and deployment of frameworks to analyze portfolio behavior, your work will inform capital allocation decisions, risk management, and strategy evaluation across a unique multi-asset portfolio spanning tokens, crypto and fintech equities, funds and traditional assets.  What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Data Engineering & Infrastructure: Construct data infrastructure and pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and transforming market, on-chain, and alternative datasets. Portfolio Modeling & Research: Develop quantitative frameworks to evaluate behavior of a cross-asset portfolio through short-term, medium-term, and multi-year horizons. Communication and Visualization: Produce dashboards, visualizations, and written conclusions that translate quantitative results into actionable insights. Collaborate closely with the CIO and other senior investment team members on evaluating new strategies, asset classes, and investment themes.
What You’ll Bring:
3-7 years of experience in quantitative research, portfolio analytics, risk modeling, or similar roles at hedge funds, asset managers, crypto trading firms, or family offices. Experience working with time-series datasets, market data engineering, SQL databases, and ETL workflows. Strong proficiency in Python and experience building analytical systems end-to-end. Understanding of portfolio construction techniques and scenario analysis. Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex quantitative concepts into actionable insights for investment decision-makers. Familiarity with crypto markets and on-chain analytics is a strong plus. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and comfort working in an agile, fast-moving investment environment.
