About the role:

As a Digital Designer you will work on collaterals that showcase and advertise our world class products. We are looking for a senior designer who is able to move quickly between still graphics, motion graphics, moving images, creative ideas and much more for the brand. You will take an important part of the Creative Team and will be responsible for designs ranging from a giant elephant to a tiny ant.

Responsibilities:

• Create first class still AND motion graphics for products and news announcements for a wide range of channels (Twitter, IG, Telegram, YouTube etc.)
• Generate creative ideas for online/ offline ads, social media and events
• Communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to team lead, marketing and growth team
• Work closely with Growth and Marketing team to build all materials Crypto.com needs

• Arrange and monitor weekly design schedule
• Point of communication between various teams internally, and vendors externally

• 5+ years of experience, preferably with digital agency background
• With exceptional creativity and layout skills
• Illustration skill is preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite CC 2020 – AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
• High determination in building first-class materials
• A fast learner with a “get things done” attitude
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organisational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to manage conflicting requirements from different stakeholders
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities
• Experience with printing, photo shooting, video shooting or 3D rendering is an advantage
• Experience in using Figma is an advantage
• Knowledge in crypto is a definite advantage
