We’re looking for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Data and Program Analyst to join our People and Talent (P&T) team. You will work closely with P&T, the DEI Specialist, the employee led DEI Council and other stakeholders to deliver thought leadership, data analysis and DEI people programs to advance Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at ConsenSys.
If you are a data focussed, positive, self-motivated and highly-organized person who is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and is keen to help shape our culture, then this role is for you. This role is unique in that you will be involved with various aspects of DEI:
- Be the key contact for all matters related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in People and Talent (P&T) and be the P&T liaison for the employee led DEI Council
- Work closely with the DEI Specialist and partner together on organization initiatives, and consult with them on P&T related DEI initiatives linked to training, events, recruitment, core values, people operations
- Work closely with Operations and other related stakeholders to gather DEI data and produce reports to measure progress against our goals and analyze effectiveness of DEI initiatives
- Undertake in depth analysis of data and trends to help inform the DEI strategy
- Provide DEI knowledge and expertise to P&T, the DEI Specialist and the business
- Assist the Learning and Development team in the development and implementation of training programs to promote our DEI culture
- Partner with Talent on candidate sourcing, selection and experience strategies
- Manage external P&T related DEI relationships & collaborate closely with the Talent, Employer Brand team and other stakeholders to deliver on DEI P&T partnerships
- Undertake and manage P&T DEI projects and programs
- Research and monitor the external market, trends and expertise to bring best in class thought leadership to P&T and the business
- Have full awareness of global DEI laws and consult with the DEI Specialist, Legal, P&T and stakeholders to determine and implement P&T related policies, processes and change management to ensure full compliance
- Be a part of all internal DEI communities and initiatives to encourage alignment, connection, and knowledge sharing
- Promote awareness and understanding of DEI thinking, concepts, initiatives, policies and practices to foster a strong DEI culture
- Coach P&T on DEI learnings
Would be great if you brought this to the role
- Experience in organizational Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- A deep level of passion and curiosity about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Data analysis / reporting skills
- Experience using SQL and a data visualization tool such as Looker, Grafana, or Tableau
- At least 5 years professional working experience
- Experience with projects and implementing programs, and introducing innovative DEI initiatives to the workplace
- Knowledge of organizational change management and the employee life cycle
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Openness to work independently and take on administrative work as well as strategic work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and presentation abilities
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Global focus
