We are Boerse Stuttgart Digital Exchange GmbH – we are building Germany´s first regulated trading venue for digital assets. We set high standards in transparency and security and offer a reliable framework for trading. To realize this ambitious endeavor, we are looking for new colleagues (f/m/d), who are willing to take on responsibility and bring in a good portion of pioneering spirit and courage to accompany us on this path.

Your Mission

You shape the BSDEX product and service offering for retail, B2B and institutional clients, to ensure that all clients can buy digital assets in a trusted, reliable and compliant environment.

Tasks

• Drive the vision, mission and strategy for the department and shape the product roadmap
• Commit to the ongoing optimization and designing of our trading platform to increase customer satisfaction
• Lead by example and create an atmosphere of appreciation and togetherness and further grow the product department
• Analyse relevant performance metrics of our offering and derive starting points and improvement measures for further growth
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Business Development & Marketing

Requirements

• Absolute passion for crypto trading and the associated technologies and trends
• Ability to lead a product team and know how to involve, motivate and develop employees
• Understanding of FinTech industry and ability to navigate the regulated environment
• Extensive experience in creating and driving strong product portfolio with multiyear roadmap and strategy
• Very good German and good English language skills
