Web3 Engineering Manager ( QA )

Roles and Responsibilities

· lead a team of QA Leads whose mission is to ensure the delivery of a high-quality software and platform. · The ideal candidate is a quality assurance leadership expert with strong communication skills and previous experience as a detail-oriented QA engineer. · Mentor your direct reports to have a positive impact on the organisation’s growth and chart a fulfilling career path for them. · Work with the Tech Leadership in your team to implement the multi-year strategy for blockchain development, testing, and maintenance. · Build a test-driven engineering and development culture that drives improvements in quality. · Recruit and lead technical talent, be both highly technical and an effective people manager. · Identify key quality metrics and report on them regularly to keep stakeholders informed on the current quality of the product.

Requirements · Deep understanding of varying testing techniques and the ability to come up with new methods through out-of-the-box thinking. · At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with 2 years of experience in Engineering management. · The Engineering Manager should have some knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and a never-ending curiosity to learn and master new technologies and practices. · Very good Experience in Automation testing. · Good understanding of decentralised applications, crypto currency wallets and EVM based protocols. · Guide the team in writing test cases that cover all the scenarios and edge cases of a Decentralised Application. · Very good Experience in load testing backend API's and services.

Bonus · Massive Experience in the web3 space and building decentralised Applications on Ethereum · Experienced in testing Defi Apps, NFT Marketplaces and various popular Dapps on EVM based protocols
