Job Summary

Role & Responsibility - what you will do

• According to the strategic direction and business planning, design and optimize the organizational structure and operating model, improve organizational efficiency.
• Derive business, organizational and talent insights key to a globalized company (especially in the blockchain industry), help business to iron out obstacles and build positive synergies through introducing OD tools such as organization diagnostics, structure/process design, workforce planning, competency modeling, etc.
• Build online diagnostic and process management tools to extract / monitor organizational / employee productivity trends, deriving insights and opportunities to catalyze needed organizational changes, providing full change management solution from designing, delivering, tracking to evaluating and iterating after.
• Take charge of the performance management & OKR management.
• Develop a sustainable talent strategy, establish talent management framework and build a healthy talent pipeline.
• Closely collaborate and advise key stakeholders globally, based on strategic and organizational needs on these people, customize intervention tools/programs to help them improve managerial and business efficiencies.
• Act as ODBP steering corporate level as well as functional-level project implementation into business.

Requirement - what you will bring

• Experience of Organization Development & Talent Development with complex human matrix structures
• Preference for someone who has/had OD/TD experience in internet, high-tech company or consulting firm experience is preferred (Aon, Mercer, WTW, Accenture, Mickensy, Boston, etc.), focused on Fin-tech, Internet, or big MNC company.
• Knowledge in HR, corporate management is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or above with expertise in human resources management, corporate management and psychology knowledge, candidates with such professional background are preferred.
• Keep learning cutting-edge knowledge, apply advanced thinkings to practice and accumulate systematic methods constantly.
• Able to think systematically, analyze logically, manage projects, carry the projects forward, integrate diverse resources, have an acute sense of interpersonal relations and a high spirit of teamwork.
