Web3 Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Crypto Financial Analyst to join an ambitious venture project in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. You will play a key role in market analysis, financial modeling, and supporting strategic decision-making.




  Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of the cryptocurrency market (tokenomics, trends, volatility).

- Develop financial models (NPV, DCF, ROI, IRR).

- Analyze tokenomics: token distribution, issuance, burning, and staking mechanisms.

- Monitor and forecast market movements using data from exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken).

- Prepare reports and presentations for investors and venture funds.

- Assess investment risks and develop hedging strategies.

- Analyze DeFi protocols and liquidity pools to optimize returns.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams. 



Requirements:


Experience:

- Minimum of 3-5 years in financial analysis, with at least 3 year in the crypto industry.

- Proven experience with ICO/IDO, DeFi, or token rounds.



Skills and Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of the crypto market, DeFi, staking, and arbitrage strategies.

- Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Python, R).

- Expertise in technical analysis (TradingView, charts, indicators).

- Experience with analytical platforms (Glassnode, Dune Analytics, Nansen).

- Knowledge of macroeconomic factors impacting the crypto market.

- Familiarity with exchange APIs (Binance, Kraken, Bybit).

- Ability to prepare investment memorandums.

- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

- Advantage: experience with DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Aave), programming (Python, SQL), personal trading experience.
