Web3 Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance (12 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Lead financial closing for the 3 BUs (eg Fiat, Mining and Earn)
• Lead data automation projects and accounting for new products and initiatives
• Reporting on business performance, market strategies and risks/opportunities
• Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across BUs and Finance team to find solutions to challenges
• Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements
• This is an individual contributor role but will have the opportunity to grow / expand scope including rotation in various finance teams

Requirements

• Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration are preferred major fields
• Analytical problem solver with extensive experience building complex financial and/or operating models
• Meticulous and operationally discipline to meet tight deadlines on projects and accuracy in monthly reporting
• Ability to develop succinct narratives outlining the key-points of a deliverable next steps and action items
• Demonstrated abilities to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholders
• Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively work with functions across the company, including board members
• Fluency in English
