To be successful in this role,

You will:

• Spend a significant amount of time working on the Solana frontend experience
• Create robust, well-documented libraries for Solana developers
• Collaborate with the design team to create responsive, modern components
• Partner with product managers and designers to deeply understand the needs of the Solana ecosystem
• Help drive sound technical decision making and lead technical conversations with other teams and companies
• Debug production issues across our UI programming model with an eye towards improving maintainability over the long term

You have:

• A minimum of 4 years experience building TypeScript or JavaScript applications or libraries
• Proficiency in developing frontend software, with deep experience in one or more relevant frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Experience shipping high-quality products from start to finish
• Experience writing documentation and tests for your code and others
• Attention to detail, especially around performance, reliability, and security

Major plus if you have experience with:

• Native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native, etc.)
• Wallets, payments, or financial software
• Ethereum, Solidity
• Cryptography
• Rust
