We are growing our team of frontend web developers:

• Frontend Web Developer
• Frontend UX developer

We are hiring a wide range of frontend expertise from back-of-the-frontend to front-of-the-frontend, so please apply if you have frontend experience that could add to the team.

As Frontend UX Developer, you will:

• Operate in a team of visual, web, and UX/UI designers, creating stunning and compelling web experiences for Parity's audiences.
• Concept, develop, and execute website frontends and experiences across all of the organisation's entities.
• Work with the Web Team to create integrated web experiences and web animations where brand, interaction, and tech complement one another.
• Prototype frontends and web animations at a proof-of-concept level in order to validate them with internal stakeholders before they go into development.
• Adhere to brand design guidelines.
• Work across role boundaries when needed to provide support to marketing and brand design efforts.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in React, HTML/CSS and JavaScript
• Experienced in a web animation framework (e.g., GSAP, Lottie)
• Experienced with any of the following: SVG, Canvas, or WebGL animations
• Familiar with Git

General Requirements:

• Production experience in frontend UX development roles.
• Passion for creating stunning, on-brand web experiences.
• Excellent sense of design.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a high speed of execution in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
• Excellent internal communication skills.
• Working from a timezone friendly to Central European Timezone.

Further Relevant Experience:

• Experience in the blockchain space.
• Experience in design and backend development.
