The Role

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the company’s recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies. The responsibilities entail everything from posting open positions to job boards, scheduling interviews across departments, managing job boards handling last-minute scheduling changes, initial screening of candidates profile and smoothing over any other speed bumps in the hiring process. In other words, recruiting coordinators work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and headhunters, to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly.

Other Activities and Responsibilities

•Identify areas of recruiting strategies that need improvement •Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position •Initiate conversations with potential candidates via Linkedin and other platforms
