Web3 Go-To-Market Engineer

Flaunt is growing 4x year-over-year serving high-growth e-commerce brands like Barefaced, Magic Mind, and Flamingo Estate, as well as omni-channel businesses like Platinum Dermatology Partners and Sleep Number. We are hiring for key roles to scale our solution to the vast ecosystem of businesses using Shopify for e-commerce. About this role: As a Go-to-Market Engineer at Flaunt, you will be the growth engine behind our account-based marketing and vertical expansion strategy. You’ll report to and work directly with Flaunt’s CEO to target and win our ideal customer accounts—combining outbound hustle, content marketing, strategic research, and product marketing to create market pull. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who has held roles in business development, sales, and marketing—someone who thrives on ownership, speed, and resourcefulness. You’ll play a crucial role in 10x’ing Flaunt by launching and scaling GTM programs aimed at high-value prospects in our target verticals. What you’ll do:

Own account-based marketing strategy and execution: Research and deeply profile our top 40 ICP companies at any given time. Build and execute tailored outreach, content, and pitch plans for each account—leveraging personalized messaging, research insights, and warm intros to drive engagement. Create credibility-driving GTM content showcasing our customers & founders: Lead the development of research reports, case studies, thought leadership, ROI calculators, and sales enablement assets that demonstrate Flaunt’s value to our ICPs. Target and grow vertical-specific awareness: Become a subject matter expert in skincare, aesthetics, and DTC wellness. Identify the unique needs of these verticals and craft messaging, positioning, and campaigns that resonate with their leadership teams. Drive founder-led outbound visibility: Manage and optimize LinkedIn strategies for Flaunt’s founders, including profile updates, outbound messaging, and weekly thought leadership posts. Secure high-leverage visibility opportunities: Pitch and land speaking engagements, press coverage, podcast features, and bylined articles in skincare and e-commerce industry publications. Build and manage prospect marketing infrastructure: Help design and maintain the GTM engine—content calendar, CRM workflows, marketing automation tools, and campaign tracking. Support product marketing and launch execution: Assist in launches of new Flaunt product features and services with the right mix of content, positioning, and distribution across channels.

What you’ll need:

2+ years experience in a BDR/SDR role 2+ years experience in a sales role 2+ years experience in a marketing or content role Proven ability to run account-based marketing campaigns end-to-end Strong writing and storytelling skills to craft personalized and persuasive content Curiosity and hunger to become an expert in a target vertical (skincare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness) Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Hubspot, Notion, and marketing automation Comfort working in fast-paced, high-output environments with minimal direction Highly organized and able to balance multiple account plays and content workstreams

Experience targeting the DTC skincare or aesthetics industry Background in product marketing, especially supporting B2B SaaS or eCommerce platforms Portfolio of thought leadership, research assets, or GTM campaigns you've created Experience managing marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and paid social

Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000, depending on experience. Open to full-time or contract structure.
