The Role

The GTM Manager will lead the go-to-market strategies for multiple projects, introducing products and services. The candidate will help identify opportunities for growth with product teams and develop an optimized team structure. The GTM Manager is comfortable with experimentation to ensure the team is iterating and achieving its goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of analytics, strategy and planning, project management, and financial analysis. This is a six-month contract position that could be extended.

• Go-to-market strategies to launch and scale products and services in new markets.
• Independently identify growth opportunities, lead discussions to advocate for resourcing the project, lead the project, and implement tracking infrastructure and visualization to report on results.
• Generate captivating brand stories and content for multiple channels, differentiating the product within the market.
• Provide guidance to multiple projects at varying stages of product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, ensuring targets are met.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in go-to-market or marketing for metaverse products
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
• A deep understanding of metaverse and web3 communities
• Solid experience in brand storytelling, content, and digital marketing strategies
• Good understanding of viral and retention loops, metrics-driven approach to iterations.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
