Entrepreneur First is Europe's leading Talent Investor, a company that backs exceptional people to quit their jobs and build the biggest ideas they can imagine. We’re a pre idea investor which means we help shape the early days of the company and support the journey through the first 12 months

Naturally, ‘Talent’ is a core part of the work and we’re seeking a Graduate level (0-2 years) who wants to roll their sleeves up and get involved at the deep end.

What you’ll do

Search Europe’s major tech start ups for the very best performers and help them become founders. This is a role focused on deep connections with the UK founder community. You will meet exceptional people and talk to them about ambitions for the future to find out if we’re a suitable place to help them. We don’t sell jobs here, there are no salaries or benefits to pitch. You’re working towards their ultimate ambitions and taking them off the beaten path.

You'll run the operations that sits beneath a 200 person per year hiring programme and work with our onboarding team to provide a smooth customer experience.

How we help founders

Primarily we help Entrepreneurs find Co-Founders. Every 6 months we put together a programme of over 80 people from commercial and technical backgrounds who can work together on difficult problems.

Your main role is finding and selecting this group of people. Once in a team we then advise them on start up strategy and finally help them with fundraising through our network of angel investors and venture capital firms.

Once teams have built their products we then provide a cash injection of £80,000 for a 10% stake in that company.
