Your Role: Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer for MoneyClip you will bring our branding and marketing to life across a broad range of customer touchpoints, designing solutions for the website, campaigns, social media, digital, print collateral, events and more. You’ll bring a strong understanding of creative problem solving, and skills in crafting clear and compelling on-brand, high-quality work – no matter the audience, deliverable or platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce industry-leading creative across many channels and media, such as company website and landing pages, social media, infographics, app store listing, customer engagement outreach, paid advertising, product, sales collateral, whitepapers, swag, virtual and in-person events.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences
• Work on the user experience across multiple MoneyClip products, on web and native mobile
• Bring excellent written and verbal communication abilities, ideally with experience in copywriting for brand and marketing
• Collaborate, conceptualize and ideate with the product, marketing and external designers to create strong compelling work that aligns with our business goals, brand guidelines, and go-to-market strategy.
• Communicate and rationalize design intent with senior stakeholders, and gather feedback throughout the design process
• Build business context to prioritize your work and identify new opportunities that best position MoneyClip to execute on its goals.

What You’ll Need:

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience designing high-quality creatives, working as a visual, graphics, or product designer
• Proven ability to apply and perform visual design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, visual presentation development, and layout.
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to trends influencing design, ideally in the B2C domain
• Highly skilled in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Comprehensive understanding of design tools, platform conventions, common patterns, and components.
• The ability to learn new marketing and design tools quickly as needed.
• A strong portfolio of marketing content showcasing your design, process and your proficiency in delivering compelling creative visual content and/or product.
• High motivation, a self-starter that can operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find ways to execute ideas with available resources and/or design constraints

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of current creative trends within the user acquisition space
• Experience in web design, with a solid understanding of interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles
• Experience of working in a cross-functional team environment and staying accountable across the organization
• Experience in animation, video or motion-design, illustration, photography or other content-crafting skills
• Familiarity with FinTech, decentralized finance (DeFi), crypto, and/or web3 industries.
• Familiar with user research and the process of gathering meaningful feedback.
• Knowledge of software, including native apps, development and mobile-first marketing
