Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute global HR strategies, aligning with business objectives and promoting organizational growth.
• Ensure standardization of HR practices and policies across all local and global offices to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Develop HR policies that foster a productive workplace culture and support our global expansion efforts.
• Administer benefit programs, ensuring they align with both local and international employment laws.
• Enhance HR processes and systems for increased efficiency and scalability, adapting them for a rapidly growing startup environment.
• Promote employee engagement and uphold diversity and inclusion across all office locations, with standardized initiatives and practices.

Qulaifications

• Proven track record in strategic HR management within a global setting.
• Strong capability to work independently and remain motivated in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing HR policies across multiple geographic locations.

Preferred

• Familiarity with IT startups, cryptocurrency exchange industry, or related fields.
• Proven background in setting up HR frameworks in fast-paced startup environments.
