Myria is hiring a Web3 Head of Talent Acquisition

As the Head of Talent Acquisition for Myria you will have a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver the end to end recruitment experience for our fun, young, but rapidly expanding dynamic firm.
You’re able to operate at a strategic level to formulate and implement strategies to attract the very best talent, whilst at the same time be ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help out wherever and whenever needed.
You will build out and develop a sizeable world class internal team that helps attract top talent within the tech, blockchain, or gaming field.

Responsibilities

Build out a world class recruitment function that enables the firm to attract and hire great talent across the world, at speed and scale!

Work closely with firm leadership to set and execute a talent strategy.

Demonstrate exceptional leadership to build and lead a high quality team of recruiters.

Roll up sleeves to partner with key stakeholders on executive searches, owning and managing end to end hiring processes.

Partner with our Marketing Team to help develop our employer brand and build profile both internally and externally.

Develop robust recruiting reporting that enables the firm to make better data based decisions around hiring.

Implement a recruitment process and optimise the use of technology to help hiring managers recruit efficiently.

Ensure a high class candidate experience across the full spectrum, from initial contact through onboarding.
Qualifications
-
At least 10 years Recruiting experience with a proven track record in a relevant industry, preferably in the tech/fintech/ gaming industry.

Experience of building and managing a team.

Experience and passion in tech, the blockchain gaming or cryptocurrency industry is considered a strong asset.

Experience of scaling a business on a global basis would be ideal.

Mastery of proactive and attraction-based recruitment methods.

Excited by a creative and dynamic work environment, with proven ability to prioritise concurrent responsibilities

Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

A results-oriented, ‘up for a challenge’ mindset, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt easily in a fast-paced environment.
