Web3 Senior Product Manager, DeFi

Core Responsibilities:

• Define long‑term vision and roadmap for one or more crypto-native product domains (e.g. DeFi, stablecoins, tokenization, DEX)

• Lead the ideation, specification, design, development, and launch of product features and full product releases

• Ensure product design and implementation adhere to regulatory requirements in the U.S., collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams

• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and on-chain data to inform product decisions and prioritize backlog

• Benchmark competing products and protocols; bring best practices and innovations into the roadmap

• Drive cross-functional alignment: ensure engineering, UX, data, operations, and growth teams are coordinated and that dependencies are managed
  Define metrics of success; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post‑launch; iterate to optimize for metrics like adoption, retention, compliance, security, and user trust

• Represent the voice of the user (especially crypto‑native users) and advocate for usability, transparency, and security

Preferred Skills / Experience:

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, with experience in crypto-native product roles

• Deep domain knowledge of blockchain / DeFi / tokenization / stablecoins / decentralized exchanges etc.

• Experience working in regulated industries (FinTech, finance, crypto exchange or payments under regulatory oversight)

• Strong technical literacy: ability to engage in product design discussions with engineers, understand on-chain issues, smart contracts, infrastructure trade‑offs etc.
  Data-driven mindset: able to work with analytics, dashboards, user research, on-chain metrics etc.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and alignment skills

Salary:

The starting pay range for this role is between USD$195,000 - USD$220,000 for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
