Our website is the company’s front door: the primary portal and public face for customers, prospects, partners, candidates, and the broader market. This role is responsible for making sure that experience is clear, current, cohesive, and continuously improving for the many different audiences and ICPs who come to the site with different needs, levels of familiarity, and intent. This is a hybrid role: part project manager, part producer, part hands-on design and content contributor. Reporting to the Director of Design, you’ll be the connective tissue between the many teams that feed the site, translating business priorities, brand strategy, product narratives, campaign needs, and user insights into a website experience that works as a unified whole. As a senior-to-lead individual contributor, you’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy and set the standard for how website work gets done. You’ll lead through influence, craft, and process rather than direct management. You won’t be the sole designer or the sole engineer; you’ll be the person who ensures the website consistently gets better, stays current, and delivers on clearly defined objectives. You’ll balance two critical responsibilities: connecting the right internal stakeholders, inputs, and workflows, and owning the quality of the end-to-end visitor experience for the diverse audiences the website serves. You’ll also be ready to roll up your sleeves on the craft when it counts. What you'll do Own the website and keep it current
Drive continuous improvement of the website and keep it up to date, treating it as a living product rather than a set-and-forget asset.
Refine and elevate inputs
Fine-tune stakeholder inputs before they ship: sharpen copy, improve information hierarchy and design, and fill quality gaps in whatever way the work requires. Uphold and set a consistent bar for brand, voice, accessibility, and visual quality across every page — with the craft ability to make edits directly, not just direct others.
Define, track, and report on outcomes
Set up quantitative metrics tied to the website's objectives, and build the tracking and reporting cadence that keeps teams honest against them. Consistently review and improve SEO, GEO (generative/AI search), and user-funnel performance, and turn findings into prioritized improvements.
Build the infrastructure
Partner with engineering and other teams to design and develop the tooling and infrastructure behind the site — CMS, Analytics tooling, and supporting systems for blog, support/help content, and related surfaces.
Align teams and messaging
Bring teams together to shape high-level messaging for design and product updates, so the site tells one coherent story. Facilitate the syncs, reviews, and retrospectives that keep cross-functional work moving.
Connect the content ecosystem
Ensure tight linkage between the website and adjacent content — blog, podcast, and other channels — so traffic, messaging, and discovery flow cleanly to and from the site.
Everything in between
Take on other tasks as needed to move the website and its objectives forward.
What you'll bring
7+ years of experience across web operations, digital project management, design production, or a web producer role — ideally owning a company's public-facing website. Strong project-management fluency: intake, prioritization, timelines, stakeholder wrangling, and clear status communication. A real craft floor. You can independently execute meaningful design and copy edits to a professional standard — comfortable in the design tooling, able to work within an established design system and brand guidelines, and able to write and refine clear, on-voice web copy. You don't need to be the lead designer, but "I only give feedback" is not enough for this role. Data fluency: comfort setting up and reading web/analytics data (e.g., GA4, and similar), and translating it into decisions. This role becomes ceremonial without metrics. Working knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices, conversion/funnel optimization, and modern CMS platforms. Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and QA workflows (brand, accessibility/WCAG, SEO checks pre-launch). Technical literacy to collaborate credibly with engineering on tooling and infrastructure decisions. Experience with mult-language/multi-region localization projects
Nice to have
Experience standing up or migrating a CMS and building reusable component/template systems. Background spanning content strategy and multi-channel content (blog, podcast, video).
How we'll measure success
The website is measurably improving on its defined objectives (traffic, funnel conversion, SEO/GEO visibility). Content and messaging are consistent and well-linked across the site and adjacent channels. The tooling/infrastructure makes shipping web changes faster and more reliable over time. The website's craft quality — visual, editorial, and interaction — visibly reflects and elevates the Brand Design standard. How We Take Care of You:
