Web3 Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Your Role: As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems and services that form Alpaca's foundation and empower millions of users who trade billions of dollars worth of assets. The Frontend Team is responsible for developing and maintaining all interactive products within our ecosystem, encompassing operational software and user-facing applications. The team's objective is to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders, from internal users to end customers. The Frontend Team plays a critical role in driving our business forward by ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of these products. For this role, we are seeking an experienced full-stack engineer who is dedicated to delivering seamless and high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and building scalable applications and is comfortable challenging conventions and advocating for innovative solutions. In this position, you will have the autonomy to architect and implement solutions that meet our strategic objectives while also actively contributing to the goal-setting process alongside a collaborative, cross-functional team. You will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing web applications that push the boundaries of technology You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create elegant and scalable software solutions that meet our clients’ needs Own the delivery of high-visibility features/projects, from design to deployment A unique opportunity to mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall technical strategy of our company

Who You Are (Must-Haves):

Minimum 5+ years of experience of full-stack development Experience with at least one modern programming language like React, GoLang, Python, etc. Preferably in Go and React SQL or relational database skills Experience with NextJS is a plus Hands-on knowledge with Bash, Linux & Docker. Kubernetes experience is a plus Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Passionate about designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction Good understanding of the financial market How We Take Care of You:
