As a Product Designer & Product Analyst at Chronicled, you will be responsible for the User Interfaces and User Experience across all product lines, while also contributing as a Product Analyst to the Product team. This role will be a mix of both Product Management and Product Design, allowing the right candidate to truly work E2E in the Product Cycle. You will be working with a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, and software architects to plan and deliver blockchain-based enterprise products through thorough business analysis, understanding of technical landscape and constraints, writing user stories, and supporting development and testing.

What You’ll Do:
Own and define the look and feel of the entire product line, ensuring best-in-class UI and UX design
Create functional prototypes demonstrating intuitive design flows
Work with frontend engineers to ensure performance and design requirements are met
Be the mini-CEO for your product and drive the product cycle from concept to revenue generation
Gain subject matter expertise in the relevant business domain and develop an appreciation for customer pain points
Gain a thorough understanding of the solution and system design
Manage and prioritize key deliverables, dependencies, and milestones by collaborating with engineering, business, third parties, etc.
Meet with customers and key stakeholders to identify design principles and understand product requirements
Break down the product requirements into an actionable backlog of user stories
Coordinate with the engineering team to plan epics and stories
Write epics and stories and maintain the backlog

What You’ll Need:
2-3 years of experience in User Interface and User Experience for production enterprise products
0-2 years experience in Product Management for an Enterprise product
A portfolio demonstrating the ability to apply design thinking methodologies to drive innovative and intuitive designs
Experience in Enterprise Saas environment
Ability to learn quickly, operate autonomously, and manage projects to delivery
Background in enterprise software development teams
Understanding of software and product development lifecycle
High analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail with solid understanding of color science and artistic flair
Sound business and technical judgment in planning and decision making
Experience with Figma or other interface design tools
Experience with Jira, AirFocus, or other product management tools
