Web3 Influencer Relationship Manager

TRON is looking for an Influencer Relationship Manager passionate about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team. We are looking for collaborative people who work well in teams and lead by example. This role will work cross functionally with paid media agency and internal teams to ensure that the influencer strategy is aligned with top line strategic initiatives and ensure they are supported with the necessary data to make informed decisions and to ensure that the influencer lever is part of the growth strategy.

You will:

• Maintain and develop influencer relationships
• You’ll partner with content creators and Influencers to create engaging platform-specific content supporting TRON marketing key initiatives
• Build and execute influencer marketing strategy across platforms, including identifying potential partners, briefing and developing content, and managing usage rights.
• Manage and oversee agencies to effectively handle community management, through execution of content delivery in an TRON brand voice
• Identify new and relevant influencer targets and brainstorm new approaches to influencer campaigns.
• Maintain a pulse on marketing and influencer-focused trends and campaigns
• Manage the relationship with external influencer agency, including budgeting, feedback, reviews and approvals

Who you are:

• Experience working with a wide variety of influencers (micro, macro, celebrity) and knowing when to partner with each influencer category
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Blockchain and cryptocurrency experience is a must
• You have hands-on experience managing large scale initiatives with tight deadlines
• You can easily shift from thinking big to rolling up your sleeves and executing smaller tasks
• Self-starter with business strategy and development skills that can take a new partner from the very first conversation all the way to a lifetime evergreen relationship
• In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
• Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
• Interested in learning more about the Web 3.0 space.
