About The Role:

We’re looking for an emotionally intelligent, driven tech enthusiast to join our growing team! As our Investor Relations Analyst, you’ll be supporting investors and the Investor Relations team in maintaining a high level of support within the community. This role will be responsible for interacting with the community, developing key materials, and completing operational tasks for primary and secondary transactions.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop key investor relations materials in collaboration with senior leadership in preparation of quarterly updates, presentations, board meetings and other contact points.
• Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develop investor relations messages based on these changes.
• Conduct industry and competitor research and provide senior leadership with ongoing feedback from the investment community.
• Interact with the investment community on behalf of the company.
• Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
• Update and meticulously maintain the firm's investor client and prospect pipeline
• Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
• Develop ideas for improving investor relations and increasing the effectiveness of communications with shareholders
• Respond to all inbound investor requests
• Provide feedback to management as to the expected reaction from the investment community from proposed transactions, corporate planning/budgeting and operating results
• Manage investor expectations and processes throughout secondary transactions and primary transactions.

What We Look For

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business preferred
• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or consulting
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to problem solve and drive efficiency
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
