Web3 Lead Product Design (UX + Games)

RekTech is on a mission to reinvent online gambling for the internet generation — rebuilding one of the world’s darkest industries into something fair, transparent, and worth believing in. We’re bringing the energy, community, and thrill of modern gaming into a new era of risk and reward.

As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll work closely with a 13-person team (including 5 engineers) to craft intuitive, high-impact interfaces that make risk feel fun and social. You’ll own how our products and games look, move, and feel — designing experiences that are simple, responsive, and emotionally charged.

What You’ll Do

• Design world-class product and game UX, from concept to polished Figma handoff
• Collaborate directly with engineers to own features from idea → implementation
• Create beautiful, responsive interfaces that look and feel great across desktop and mobile
• Use motion, animation, and transitions to bring depth and emotion to interactions
• Gather UX feedback and iterate quickly to make designs even simpler and clearer

• The latest AI tools for ideation and iteration (Nano Banana, etc.)

Our 13-person team has spent the last four years building over 40 original games, and now we’re bringing the magic of video games—the energy, the community, the thrill—into gambling. That means fast-paced game formats, multiplayer, characters, loot boxes, and live streaming to blur the line between casinos, gaming and social networks.
