Web3 Lead Product Manager, Identity and Privacy

Compensation: $36k - $90k estimated

Position

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager, Identity and Privacy to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of GIANT’s product features and services built on consumers’, providers’, and stakeholders’ identities. The Lead Product Manager, Identity and Privacy will leverage their expertise in digital identity, data privacy, trust, and compliance to translate use cases for GIANT’s various audiences into elegant, secure, compliant solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for GIANT’s product features and services built on consumers’, providers’, and stakeholders’ identity data
  • Translate a set of use cases and product features into effortless app flows and elegant SDKs that engender trust in our community
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and legal to understand our
    vision, target audiences, objectives, value propositions, capabilities, and constraints to
    design solutions that are both visionary and practical
  • Evaluate in-house and third-party solutions for user accounts, authentication, fraud mitigation, privacy, and security to balance GIANT’s strategic goals with speed and quality
  • Exercise impeccable judgment on prioritization, have a good sense for which decisions
    require broader buy-in from the group and which decisions you can run with
  • Act with autonomy, drive, and a sense of ownership to cultivate an experience that
    balances function with fun, that just works and surprises & delights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager for a large scale mobile platform, preferably with experience building a digital marketplace
  • 2+ years of experience directly driving the roadmap for digital identity solutions including authentication, access management, privacy, security, and compliance
  • Familiarity with trends and requirements in identity on the blockchain including KYC, KYB, and DID, and the companies and protocols that are pushing the state of the art forward
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex propositions to multiple audiences into
    effortless, intuitive, and delightful solutions
  • Successful track record of cultivating positive working relationships throughout the
    organization
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication and a track record influencing technical
    and non-technical staff
  • A palpable passion for effortless, functional, and delightful user experience design
