Web3 Marketing Lead

RISC Zero is on a mission to fix the internet. We're a diverse group of hackers, futurists, and nerds dedicated to making the internet the place we all deserve. We've already built the world's first zero knowledge virtual machine capable of running arbitrary code as a zero knowledge proof. We're now building an ecosystem on top of it.

As the Marketing Lead at Risc Zero, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our target audience, create compelling messaging, and drive revenue growth.

More specifically, you’ve probably done most of the following:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop marketing campaigns accordingly
• Manage all aspects of the marketing funnel, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimizationWork with product and growth teams to develop messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience
• Create and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Experience with analytic tools and analytic reports, owning and organizing events
• Manage strategic brand development
• Own public relations, journalists/publication relationships, speaking engagements, podcasts, and press strategy
• “Nice to Have” Experience with design tools (figma, canva, etc) making decks, and visual assets

$200,000 - $270,000 a year
