Position: Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Team management skills, managing a team of minimum 5-6 resources.
• Responsible for handling multiple sites(hospitals/clinics) within Chicago area
• Drive and motivate the team
• Customer relationship building
• Customer escalation management
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• SLA and KPI management
• Good knowledge on field services management (Desktop/End use Detailed Job Description:
• 5-8 Years of Experience in IT Industry
• Load Runner Python and Linux Scripting experience
• SoapUI/Postman JMeter
• Log parsing using Log Parser or Shell script, SQL
• Resources need to be hands on, work independently and take ownership to deliver on time.
• Bolded skills are needed, and normal text are good to have
• Load Runner or JMeter experience is ok
• Python or Linux Shell Scripting expertise is ok
