About the role Kraken’s OTC desk is a market leader in one of the most innovative and fast growing industries in the world. We are known for our white-glove service, making markets to clients around the world 24/7. We have established ourselves as a dominant OTC desk for spot trading, have recently launched options, and are now expanding our capabilities into other derivatives and structured products! As the Structured Products analyst, you will work with our options team on trading and risk managing structured products offerings for our OTC client base.  

Responsibilities Price derivatives trades for OTC institutional clients across vanilla options, forwards and structured products Risk manage delta, vol and rate exposure for the structured products book; oversee hedging activity   Manage collateral requirements across platforms and clients, ensuring sufficient collateral on hand and optimizing collateral held with 3rd parties Assume ownership of daily PNL and performance of structured trades Design and manage portfolio analytics for risk management and performance Identify trading opportunities across CeFi and DeFi derivatives Interface with institutional clients to design trading structures that best suit their needs

Requirements 5+ years experience in options trading, exotic derivatives trading, and/or structured products trading  Experience with derivatives pricing and modeling, along with an extremely strong appreciation for derivatives risk management and safeguards Strong communication skills; ability to interface directly with clients Commercial mindset to grow business in a responsible manner  Knowledge of crypto derivatives markets (centralized & decentralized) Proficiency in Python/Scala/Golang a plus
