Web3 Paid Advertisement Business Development Lead (Taiwan/ Singapore based)

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the traffic strategies, promote stable growth in platform traffic, and improve the quality.
  • Analyze the core indicators of us, like user characteristics, behavioral paths, channel conversion rates; Discover competitive platforms' high flow functions, pages, and provide recommendations of product optimization with data.
  • Focus on user experience, monitor the key factors affecting user behavior & experience, effectively promote operational activities and product improvements.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree or above, more than three years of experience in users growth, proficient use of various growth tools, and have experience in blockchain financial related area;
  • Sensitive to traffic data, master Excel, SQL tools, with the ability to independently complete user data analysis.
  • Target-oriented, self-learning and self-driven.
  • Maintain a sense of sensitivity to new things in the industry, explore to obtain and cultivate user growth channels, design and formulate operational strategies and promote implementation.
  • Good collaborative awareness and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Chinese & English
