Web3 Product Analyst

Nansen is a leading blockchain analytics platform that empowers investors and professionals with real-time, actionable insights derived from on-chain data.About the role We're looking to hire a talented and committed Product Analyst to join Nansen's BI team, reporting directly to our Head of Business Intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to shape product analytics at a crypto analytics leader organized around small elite teams. Your responsibilities

Build upon and scale our in-house product analytics solution, enabling self-serve analytics for teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as core productivity multipliers in your daily workflow - we expect 10x productivity gains through AI-first approaches Interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Translate business requirements into technical requirements for engineers Manage and evolve our in-house customer data platform, ensuring accurate tracking implementation and maintaining data taxonomy Analyse user behaviour and product metrics for our analytics, trading and staking products, translating insights into actionable product improvements Enhance quantitative analyses with qualitative insights derived from user studies and feedback Build and maintain data models and transformations using dbt

Your experience

3+ years of experience in data analysis, with focus on product, growth, or marketing analytics Strong proficiency in SQL and Python Experience analysing trading products and understanding crypto trading user behavior First-hand experience building tools or improving processes with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor etc. Familiarity with the OKR Framework - supporting goal setting and measurement Deep understanding of crypto markets, DeFi protocols, and on-chain data (highly preferred) Nice to have: Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
