About the role

We are excited to add to our Product Design team at HEIR by bringing on a talented, experienced, and driven product designer. As a product designer at HEIR, you’ll use your visual, experience, and interaction skills to design some of the key features for our platform. You’ll play an important role in shaping the core product experience and will contribute to developing groundbreaking web3 technology.

Your day-to day responsibilities are to:

• Work with the product team to craft and deliver best-in-class user experiences across the HEIR platform (native mobile apps and website), leveraging tools such as Figma and Whimsical.
• Wireframe and develop new and existing features on the HEIR Platform
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring designs to life for the HEIR Community of sports fans and NFT collectors
• Work collaboratively with design, product, engineering, brand, marketing, and operations to solve unique challenges in web3 and the creator ecosystem
• Advocate for and present your design work to key partners
• Contribute to a growing design system
• Facilitate and/or partner with researchers on user testing by identifying key questions and delivering prototypes for testing
• Monitor analytics and insights tools to drive user centered design for the HEIR Platform

About You

• You have 2-4 years of experience in a product design role
• You’ve worked within, or contributed to a design system
• You’re familiar with the design tools you need to get your ideas across — whether that’s in Sketch, Figma, etc.
• You’re passionate about design and future forward technologies like web3 or blockchain
• You’re eager to design experiences that simplify onboarding to web3, and helping sports fans connect with their favorite athletes on HEIR
• You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points

• Previous experience in product design for sports or web3 product experiences
• Investing and/or learning about NFTs and cryptocurrency
• Passion or excitement for sports and athletes
• Constantly trying out new products and learning about new technology
