Remote Product Manager Jobs in Web3

The Product Manager (PM) will own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Banana Stand - MonkeDAO’s community rewards, quests, and “Monke Concierge” platform.

They’ll ensure the platform drives member engagement, loyalty, and on-chain utility, aligning with MonkeDAO’s broader goals to strengthen the ecosystem and empower builders.

Core Objectives

• Build and evolve the Banana Stand as a core engagement hub for DAO members
• Create seamless experiences across quests, rewards, NFTs, points, and membership tiers
• Grow active participation and redemption rates through data-driven iteration
• Evolve the feature set of the Banana Stand and ensure web-app & mobile app native platform development
• Align with MonkeDAO’s community vision, brand, and DAO governance processes
• Evolve the Banana Stand platform as a product/ service onboarding new clients and scaling operations

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Own the product vision, goals, and KPIs for the Banana Stand in alignment with MonkeDAO’s mission
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features such as quests, reward redemption, user profiles, badges, and new integrations
• Translate DAO feedback and builder input into actionable product direction
• Drive long-term evolution: Banana Stand → full MonkeDAO Concierge Member Platform

User Experience & Community Focus

• Gather insights from DAO members, partners, and quests participants to shape features
• Champion user-first design gamified engagement, transparent mechanics, platform native UX
• Work closely with design and front-end teams to ensure a clean, on-brand UI/UX consistent with MonkeDAO’s visual identity
• Pilot community reward experiments (e.g., new quest formats, reward tiers, new product features & integrations)

Technical Delivery & Development Management

• Work directly with MonkeDAO development partners to define technical requirements, sprints, and feature specs
• Ensure on-chain integration functionality and product set evolutions- governance, social, notification, + much more
• Oversee quality assurance and testing before major releases
• Manage cross-functional delivery timelines, dependencies, and blockers

Data, Metrics & Iteration

• Define success metrics for engagement, retention, and reward redemption
• Implement dashboards or analytics tracking (on-chain + off-chain)
• Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize quest design, marketplace flow, and reward value perception (+ new features currently in the backlog)
• Present performance updates to the DAO and leadership on a recurring basis

Partnerships & Ecosystem Coordination

• Collaborate with partner protocols or brands to onboard new rewards, integrations, and experiences to the Banana Stand
• Work with the Marketing & Partnerships lead to align rewards or sponsored quests
• Maintain relationships with Solana ecosystem tools (wallets, RPC providers, NFT marketplaces)

Governance & Communication

• Provide transparent updates via discord, socials, and community calls.
• Draft clear product proposals and milestone reports for DAO votes when required
• Collaborate with the Execs & Marketing teams for coordinated platform updates, launches, and user education

Skills & Profile

• 2+ years in product management (Web3, Social, or gamified consumer platforms preferred)
• Experience building products across web and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with Solana ecosystem, NFTs, and on-chain reward systems
• Strong understanding of cross-team coordination, community governance, and incentive design
• Excellent communication and organizational skill
• Passionate about building for communities and decentralized ownership
